Exilé Extra Brut is the most refined member of our family. This sparkling wine is a perfect balance of Pinot Noir (50%) and Chardonnay (50%), both grown in the pristine vineyards of Molesme, just 3.9 km from the border of the region-that-shall-not-be-named.
The Chardonnay lends crisp mineral and citrus notes, while the Pinot Noir adds layers of fruitiness, with hints of apple and red berries. After 29 months sur lattes, the wine developed subtle biscuit aromas, adding a layer of complexity to its fresh and vibrant character.
